No firmware update here?
Start by telling us what software version your box is using.

ModeratorTry a factory reset then, if that fails you try try upoading the latest reset file see the last file in list on:

InactiveFound another bug.
When playing media files from the hdd, once the media has been watched to the very end it cannot be played again. Cannot support this file format.

ModeratorJust to clarify, these are recordings made by the unit and internal HDD?
If so never seen it, will try and replicate, I suspect you need to format your HDD or at least try a clean up.

Transport stream files up to full HD with a single audio track work for me. If you have more than one audio track there doesn’t appear to be any way to select which track to playback.

InactiveThis would be a nice feature to add.
When playing back media files and ok is pressed it brings up a banner showing time progress through file. If pressed again it could show the remainder of time left. Toggle between time into and time left in media file.

I have very recently transferred 20 TV episodes from a USB stick to the HD. Watched a few of the episodes a number of times without any issues?

So what was in the files? A MKV “The Matroska Multimedia Container is an open standard free container format, a file format that can hold an unlimited number of video, audio, picture, or subtitle tracks in one file”

InactiveI think what’s needed in the next update is an option to turn off HDMI-CEC direct from the box or just disable it completely.
I know it may not be affecting everyone, but this change in HDMI seems to of caused more problems than was necessary for a fair amount of people. I can imagine there’s plenty of folk that don’t visit these forums wondering what the hells going on when they boot up the box to find No Signal in screen.
