Well, I’m only on the middle tier (1080) but understand from the XDA post that full 4K works.

Can anyone with a top tier subscription confirm?

I can confirm this method works! Full 4k HDR and Dolby Digital Plus passthrough.

No problems so far. Works exactly as you would expect it to.

If only there was a work around for NOW TV and support for DTS-HD MA & True HD audio the box would be complete! 😥

I been using NowTV on humax, I haven’t updated to the 2.17 mod yet but the 2.15 mod worked fine.

How do you install Netflix once you have installed Kodi? There’s no instructions and if you’ve never used Kodi how are you supposed to know? Sorry just noticed that this mentioned now tv but I still need to know how to install Netflix. Thanks.

TOP LINE: NETFLIX ANDROID APP DOES NOT WORK WITH THE HUMAX AURA.

Just registered here to update for anyone else trying to get Netflix on their Aura.

The app loads okay but comes up with a 404 error, it seems Netflix are now blocking access based on the hardware signature, so we’re stuffed.

Long given up getting the Aura to work with Netflix.

The option we use today is an external Google Chromecast plugged into a spare HDMI port on the TV.
