ParticipantRecording 1 is only 1315 MB That’s a very low bitrate of 1.5Mbps. So it can’t be a 4GB issue,
What about the other info I asked for using MediaInfo ?

InactiveHi Graham,
I upgraded my hdr1000 this morning.
Seems I have lost “my humax” folder.
So no access to bbc Iplayer, or ITV player on the machine.
any ideas ?
Thanks

Seems odd you didn’t already have the latest software, it is installed automatically. Does your box report it’s connected to the internet ? How is it connected to your router ?

InactiveHi graham,

Software UKSFAA 3.00.77
26 Jun 2017
Is the latest software.
What was the version you downloaded ?
November 24, 2017 at 8:07 pm #82318Anonymous
InactiveHi Graham, yes that is the version I downloaded a while back, and I guess reinstalled too.
It does not seem to have media share, or Iplayer or ITV player!

Try turning off the power to your router for 5 mins and powering back on.

InactiveNot tried that, yet, but did try to get an update earlier, still no joy.
Even tried re setting the box, and entering al the details again.
No luck with the Humax folder re appearing.
I will try tomorrow with the router trick, as it still has not go onto the site for updates.
But I know it did earlier in the year.
Which is when it got the BBC and ITV player on board.
Is ther a site with older software on ?
So when it get’s the new stuff it has to upgrade ?

You won’t get an update unless it’s currently being broadcast.
Currently there are no freesat otg updates being transmitted,
http://dtg.org.uk/dtg/download_schedule.html
Check your box is connected to the internet.
Menu – Settings – System Information – Network Info
What info do you get ?

Unless you have changed the digital audio out in the TV setup menu to stereo the volume control only works on SD channels.
