Not what I did, but here’s the official response from Freesat:

What I would suggest is doing a factory reset which will hopefully fix this issue for you. To do this, you have to press the ‘Home’ button on your remote, go into ‘Settings’ then ‘System Settings’- here you should see the option ‘Factory Reset’. If you click on this it will ask for a 4 digit pin (if you didn’t choose a pin when you first installed your box, it will be the generic code of ‘0000’), after this your box will reset itself. Follow the steps on the screen to re-install your Humax box, and one this is done, the issue should be resolved for you.
Also, on the weekend I picked myself up a “One4all Essence 3” remote which makes an excellent replacement for the supplied clicky remote.
