Just had this prompt in the app regarding setting a recording and box getting info.

Works OK on my iPad 3. I heard it doesn’t work on the first iPad.

“Requires iOS 6” according to the description. And iOS 6 isn’t compatible with the first iPad.
You do have to laugh at some of the reviews on the App Store

Mmmmm app won’t let me set a recording, saying conflict when there isn’t.
Currently I have Corrie 19:30 and Eastenders 20:00 on series link, I want to set Inside Out to record at 19:30 on BBC1 which is before Eastenders so the same time as Corrie with nothing else set to record.
It’s given an option to cancel Corrie or Eastenders.

Stupid yes….but not as stupid as Freesat.

I see admin on the Chocolate Teapot Freesat forum have no idea how remote recording works. They seem to think the box needs to be left on permanently. 🙄

Yes, I id make a comment myself that Nichola was wrong about that and have just recieved a private message warning me I was showing an impolite nature and attacking tone.
Yes it’s a shame that the Mods on that forum are so incompetent and clueless.

It’s Nicholai, although given what a crowd of sensitive souls they are over there I would understand if that was not a misprint.

Yes it’s a shame that the Mods on that forum are so incompetent and clueless.
Take care over there, because they cover for their stupidity by editing out postings and ultimately banning the contributor.

Will this be due to ‘padding’?
If you have padding a minute before and a minute after the scheduled times then (in your case) there would be three recordings scheduled between 7:59 and 8:01. I’d have thought the app. would be able to work that out since two programmes that clash are on the same channel.
