Inactive@PharmaGiles,
Does the red button not give you access to the iplayer on your tv? I’ve been using it this way since the On Demand went down.

InactiveRed button does not access iPlayer. Tried other methods like clicking on historic programmes in schedule. No joy.

InactiveSo when you press your red button on your Humax remote do you not see a screen appear on the right? From here you press “See more on iplayer”. This works for me.

InactiveOn further investigation, I was able to get the red button to do something after using the green “watch from the start”, then red gave me an option to watch more on iPlayer.
Viola it worked. many thanks for your hint.

InactiveThat’s great, glad it worked for you!
Just wondering how long it’ll take Humax to come up with a fix…

InactiveThanks for the tip on Red button.
The RED button needs a Long press, look out for the “please wait” prompt at the top of your screen.
Netflix works fine, but none of the other on demand services, or the Tv planner work.
I also used my iPad to view, online….but was prompted to download and updated the App ….
Perhaps thats the problem. Not Humax at all.
An update thats not been check throughly…. Again… for all types of situations.
Just wait for the future when we all stuck in our self driving cars….

InactiveJust got a mail from Humax…
The issue has been sorted…
“We recently just got word that our technicians solved the issue within our server, so everything should be good.
If you are still experiencing the issue, you can try turning the device off for 15 minutes and unplugging it from the mains, then after 15 minutes, plug it back in and turn on the device, and that should solve the issue.”

InactiveI got the same message and something has changed; however not fixed.
Now I can get to the initial BBCiPlayer screen using the “on demand button” and the “red” button from watching TV.
Sadly that is all I get, it does not progress to any useful option.
Tried switching it off and unplugging it for at least 15 minutes with no improvement.
Any ideas

Same here when I tried yesterday, tried the 15 minute power off again this morning after reading the other thread, and bingo, all working again.

My screen did the same initially, it wouldn’t progress from the iplayer logo screen.
But after a quick power off/on it seems ok now on my 1100s model.
