ParticipantHere goes.
First make sure you have the two cables connected to the two outer connections with nothing on the middle one. If not turn off the box and correct the wrong connection.
Then after rebooting the box.
press 949 on the remote to switch to BBC 2 HD (This is a horizontally polarised channel)
Press the red instant recording button under the Menu button
Press 972 on the remote to switch to BBC 1 HD England.(this is vertically polarised) You will only be able to do this if tuner 2 has an independent feed from your lnb.
Press the instant record button again.
Bring up the recordings list and confirm you have two recordings in progress.

Well there’s nothing wrong with your Foxsat. Guessing it was a CRID issue. Suggest you check the recording schedule for more than one recording from a single reservation.

If you find a duplicate recording before it fails. Post details. The custom firmware I have on my Foxsat-HDR makes it easy to show the programme and series crid codes.

Yes

If the links do not work I can PM you link to the update file
But you do be able to have some degree of PC capability.
The fact that you cannot open the hidden menu, does not give me an confidence.
The remote control images were screen grabs from the Foxsat-HDR web interface.
Along with other kit the Foxsat-HDR with the custom firmware has a web server that deiivers a web page coded in HTML ( hypertext mark up language)
This the sane as when you type Youtube in your browser URL.
This uses whatever DNS server your ISP server uses to translate this to real address that display web page you rquested.
