Also had a similar problem regarding smart retune not doing the job correctly regarding multiple transmitters. Tried then to manually scan as we are recommended to have just one main transmitter, but got no channels found for one of the muxes.
Tried it again the next day and it managed to do it. This was with 70-80% strength and 100% quality. Never will I use smart retune again.
