Must find out how to shorten hypertext links

On this Forum you click on URL to insert a hyperlink; the first dialog that comes up allows you to paste the link, the second one allows you to put in free text.

That only leaves analogue audio out from the sources.
Red White Phono sockets, Scart socket with adaptor to pick up the Right/Left Audio outputs or a Stereo 3.5mm audio output socket.

InactiveHere’s a pic of the back of the amp. So which sockets do i use?And then is it a red head and white head into it cable leading to Tv with a scart input?

ParticipantNo picture, To get Audio out from a scart socket you need something like this.
You can connect to any audio input on your amplifier with the exception of one that is designed to work with a high quality turntable cartridge.

Depends on the outputs available on the kit.
The Humax is simple it has phono outputs.
The TV is a unknown situation (no idea as to what it is). If it has scart connectors at least one is likely to have a scart socket with audio out. If so the same as the above plus the scart to rca converter.
The X-box might be an issue, not having one but afaik you have a connection that has audio and composite video out, If so provided both the hdmi out and this connection are both active at the same time you have red/white analogue audio already.

InactiveQuote:grahamlthompson : Interesting mirror imageI guess the silk screened lettering is this way so it can be read when you are standing in front of the AMP. and looking down the back, Good idea ! !

The Tv is a Panasonic Viera TX-P50ST50B.
My local shop recommended this: http://www.whathifi.com/review/cyp-au-d3-dac
I can understand how to connect the amp but cable/link do i need to link this to the TV?
I assume something that goes into the Digital Audio Out on the Tv?
Thanks again!

I tried the Lindy version of the CYP a couple of years back. I didn’t like the sound so I returned it Eventually I opted to spend a lot more, and bought this: http://www.whathifi.com/review/d1
One of the best buys I ever made. The sound is far better than with the Lindy.
Samsung TV optical out–> DAC -> amp
