Have you tried installing Kodi and then the Netflix addon?
That’s a good idea. I already have kodi on the Aura. I will look into that in the morning.
Done a bit of research. The usual source of the apk is blocked in the UK. Needs a US vpn and still no guarantee it will work. I have it on a 4K firestick anyway.

Another senior moment
I have one is there anything in particular you want to know about the Aura ? There are a few bugs still, which I imagine Humax are working to fix.
Low power sby not working correctly is likely the most significant one.
Lots consider no netflix a major downer. Not a worry for me I have other ways to watch netflix on the big screen.
no I was just querying in case I want to upgrade in the future.
Is it still a Humax box then? I thought it was taken over by another company?

The aura is a Humax Android TV box that uses a normal aerial. It has similar capabilities to a FVP4000/5000T
You are thinking of the 4K Freesat box made by arris. Humax don’t make any freesat boxes, the contract went to arris.
