Judging from the chatter on Facebook, It sounds like Humax have tried to fix an issue with My5 but instead the “FIX” has broken all the on-demand services. It would help if they came clean with us. I am a big fan of Humax and Freesat, but they need to treat their users with some consideration!

Surely they wouldn’t have done this over a weekend ? If they have it’s just plain stupid.
The greatest majority of changes take place on tuesdays.

Invest the money in a 4K Firestick or wait for the next offers especially if you have AVR (AV receiver). . Mine cost £25:00 on a instant deal.

Pleased to know its not just here, was going to watch UKTVPlay, that would not work a few weeks ago that was resolved by asking here Thanks, Going to watch what we call “ real television “ at 9 so maybe tomorrow it will be back
It’s working now. Think they’ve fixed it.
Saw the latest posts and tried again. Fingers crossed… it looks as if it is working again
