Your reading is rubbish as well your advice. You are just do not know what you are talking about you want to mud a perfect working answer that works with millions of devices.

Good luck to you and your company.

Please re-read the forum rules , in particular about respecting other members.

Graham is absolutely correct in that your connection is from your iPhone and from your Humax to the TV. There is no signal from the TV to the Humax via the iPhone or any other source. The Humax can only deal with input on the F-connectors, Not over HDMI

Obviously you do not respect your customers, you are calling us rubbish and then if we use this word you are recalling the rules of the forum.

In addition you change the truth of my opinion which a public opinion and is something that is used by millionb of not billions of people around the world.

I came to this forum though because I have my second Humax device that is broke. I have not been able to raise my question because of the incorrect answers that you provide to a question.

I do not have an interest to post my question and now I understand why my Humax device has broke after one year of use. For your information based on the amazing help you provided I have decided to discard Humax from my properties and fire you as a company.

No answer is needed. For your benefit you might want to escalate this to the manager so he can schedule your retraining.

Any further answer is considered a break to GDPR.

Obviously you do not respect your customers….

There are no Humax staff on this forum, we are all customers, even the moderators.

Other customers, like Graham, do their level best, in their own time, to respond to questions with accurate answers based upon their own, often extensive, experience of kit they have used.

Not only that, your ‘opinion’ is just that, your opinion. But in this case it is just plain wrong, as is a lot of the ‘wisdom of the web’

Your Humax most likely just needed a new hard drive.

Frankly with an attitude like yours I doubt you have the ability to even carry out this simple repair.

I am a chartered Engineer who worked for National Grid as part of a small team of planning engineers for over 40 yrs helping to keep the lights on.

Your posts frankly display an amazing lack of any sort of technical knowledge or understanding.

Try removing the power from your Humax while you are streaming from the phone to it. It will not make any difference at all, except of course it will no longer function as a satellite receiver.

Graham, don’t waste your time, this one is either a moron or a troll. Save your invaluable advice for people who accept it with gratitude.
