    That is quite a difference then for only 120kms further South!

    The tighter the beam, the more rapid the falloff at the margin. :-)

    The tightest beam known is most likely a laser. At the margin you go from full power to zero in next to zero distance. Beam shape doesn’t have to be perfectly uniform either. 2D had a known lobe focussed on Gibraltar giving UK channels on a much smaller dish then further North on the Spanish Costas. It will take a while to get a better idea as to 2F’s real footprint. It’s not early days, it’s the first day :-)

    Just rechecked – yesterday 100%/70-80%, Today 100%/90% steady.

    ITV London 1N 100%/100%

    Wonder why the difference? Solar flares?

    100%/100% both the test channels today.

    ITV1 HD London 90%/100% (always been that!).

    Have not done manual scan, I assume with Humax Foxsat change was automatic, if so all booming in for me here (100%/100%, 80cm dish).
