ParticipantIt’s a bit blurred can you type the text it might make some sort of sense, however I get nothing like that.
Almost looks like some sort of hidden diagnostics mode, bit like turning on programme CRID’s in programme info using one of the hidden menus.
We need a few more owners with a Netflix subscription to have a go, I will put up a photograph.
Barry do you happen to know if there is some sort of diagnostic mode for the Netflix streaming app ?

InactiveGraham, it gives the elapsed time and total time “00:01:14/00:43:43“
then “Video: 5.11 Mbps /1080
then “Audio: English/STEREO (PRIMARY) “

ParticipantJust opened Netflix again and Stranger Things. Resumed Episode 1. It’s stuck on 20% buffering so something is wrong. Going to try 1000S.
EDIT
Working fine on 1000S and Netflix opens in a few seconds.

The only tests I am aware of via Netflix app are in settings, help – this checks connections to Netflix servers and speed.

Thanks Barry, is Netflix currently working on your 5000T when I tried it about an hour ago it sticks at 20% buffering.

All sensible info but as to how it got there remains a mystery.

ModeratorNot set up my account on the 5000T, but via 4000T just tried a couple of minutes from few episodes of Stranger Things Season 1 and 2 without issue.
I’ll set up on 5000T and report back.

Just tried again still stops at 20% with constant rotating red ring.

ModeratorSet up an account 5000T now, same, numerous episodes (stranger things both seasons) streamed a couple on minutes on each, no issues, no buffering.

InactiveWell, it’s gone now for me!
I have no idea whether this is relevant but there has been a Netflix problem yesterday and I noticed earlier today the 5000t was being fed from NETFLIX2 rather than the normal NETFLIX1. Now the problem has cleared and I have notice that I’m back on 1 with a better connection speed.
(Barry – apologies for the number of my posts you needed to delete when trying to upload images)
