InactiveStill stuck on “1.00_59_210726_668fc35”. Humax support now asking for me to send photos to prove that is still on the old version and not the newer 2024 version!
I keep asking to be removed the beta testing list, but I suspect who ever set this up at Humax before is no long working for them, so they have no idea how to resolve this!
Most frustrating.
Does anyone have any other method of contacting Humax, rather than via the UK support team, who don’t seem to be able to resolve things?

InactiveMy Aura finally updated the Freeview app! I do not know if it was a coincidence but I was installing a new router today.

InactiveSame for me, I am now on the new version too. I emailed a photo of my screen confirming the serial number to Humax and a few days later I noticed it was on the newer 2024 app version.

Have you given Humax your Aura serial number?
If not contact Humax support with the details, explain that you were a Beta Tester.
I think that those that had contacted them were Updated automatically last week.

InactiveI was a beta tester, but I never contacted them and my Aura was updated last week. Have you checked the Freeview app version?

InactiveI have joined this forum as our Aura is displaying this blank screen problem on U+Drama on both live and recordings. We watch ITV Local news on Channel 3 as our local ITV (Westcountry) is not on HD. Channel 3 is fine with no dropouts nor have we experienced it on the SD +1 Channels! I assume that our box has been updated as it is permanently online! Thanks

i year on (is that all) and its been perfect, up to now.
She is now getting some channels, one of them ITV again, that cuts out, and doesn’t playback or watch live.
I am still using my phone hotspot as she doesn’t have home broadband.
Has there been any updates to this Humax Aura which could have caused this problem, and if so I’ll look up the settings. Just now I’m reading all of this again to refresh my memory.

There was an update a few days ago that cured a similar issue to the previous com5 problem. It had caused freezing and black screen problems on the D3&4 multiplex,
ITV2, ITVbe,More4,Film4,4/7 E4 etc. The latest Freeview app is now version 1.00_67_250320_ec44a7d27 Check your version and if you do not have the new one it might be your cure rather than the cause.
