Does anyone know how long the server will be down for? It’s difficult that no-one can login to their Humax account via any device online or via the app. Unfortunately humax customer service aren’t replying, & us mere mortals don’t have contact with senior humax employees as Barry & Bella do.
Would this be a possible reason why, when I try and connect to YouTube on my 4000T or 5000T today, I get the message ‘An unknown error has occurred. The action has failed’…..

I have asked Humax Towers.
Thankfully it’s fixed again now. You’d think given it keeps happening over the years that they’d at least allow EMails about it. What will people do when this forum closes?
