I’m guessing, having read through loads of posts, that I’m flogging a dead horse here.

Really pissed off with Humax as I’ve found out the 2 Eye cams they sold me they knew were going to be discontinued at the time, in fact the Y Cam app was discontinued before my 2 yr warranty period had expired – stupidly I didn’t notice until after my warranty had actually expired & Humax have been very unhelpful.

Anyway, since the last post was about 4 yrs ago I thought I’d give it another try.

I have downloaded TinyCam Monitor which does support some Y CAM although doesn’t show the Evo but does have generic.

The problem is I don’t know the username & password for the camera, I have all the original documentation which gives a camera ID but it seems this isn’t used for either.

There was a clever guy (Will) who is obviously very knowledgeable with this stuff & it seems it’s likely the username is “admin” but I have no idea how to find the password. From his youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_41KSubFgQ it would appear it’s some form of the MAC address but does anyone know a simple way for me to access this (I didn’t understand much of what was said on the video) or another way to use the 2 brand new cameras I have here!
