Drive is Toshiba 1TB 3.5″ SATA III Internal Desktop Hard Disc Drive HDD (DT01ACA100)
Failed
Replaced with SSD
full reset and format
SSD worked for 10 minutes then HDD not available.
Any ideas?
Error message was storage not available.

Have you tested the Toshiba drive to see if it really has failed?
It had been showing problems for a while then lost all the recordings so replaced it with another Toshiba and all is ok but the Tosh is noisy so went for an SSD but perhaps the SSD cannot handle the file transfer algorithms in the Humax so will stick with HDDs
