This decoder must surely take the prize for the most illogical ever but it is in keeping with many Asian products where their logic is not the same as ours (try a Nikon camera..)
When I choose a since LNB, it assumes I want Astra on a certain transponder. Why? I want Eurobird but if I use DiseqC for multiple satellites, I can’t have two Eurobirds.
Similarly, the relationship between the DiseqC channel and the LNB is neither documented no clear and doesn’t work.
Anyone know if there are any European designed decoders which are better?
When it gives you a choice of satellites, it ask for the transponder and various other details. Why and how would a normal human being know and why does it matter which transponder you choose?
Why can’t you see the signal strength directly but instead have strength and QUALITY??
AH, just realised Humax have discontinued all their satellite products
