InactiveHi,
I’ve been using the Aura and app for a while without problem. Today I (stupidly) tried to download a program to my smartphone. It then asked me to enter my myhumax.net userid and password which it appeared to accept (it works on their web app and shows my recording etc.). It then prompted me with a device which I selected and asked for my registration code. On the Aura I went to Settings, Record and Share and selected Registration code which highlighted in red – and that’s it! Nothing!! OK it said it may take a few minutes but a long time later still nothing. So how do I get this registration code? I guess I may have had it in the past to pair the box so I don’t know why it wants it again to download or why it’s not telling me what it is.
Any suggestions please?
Thanks

InactiveIt’s the Aura app by Humax Co. Ltd. Although the registration request is being done on the box which isn’t providing anything.

InactiveGenerating the registration code was broken for me last night but was working again today.
I was trying to get the app working after several days of me / my wife not being able to see the TV guide in the app. After a lot of “loading…” it was eventually failing with a login screen, which also wasn’t working. I tried removing the association between my app and the box, then I couldn’t reregister either.
My wife was able to use the TV guide again this morning (without doing anything), and the registration code was working for me today as well.
I’m guessing there was something wrong on the Humax server side which they have fixed.

InactiveI’ve been having the same frustration. I recently replaced a 9″ tablet that I take away on holiday and so needed to install the Aura app on it. Lo and behold, the Aura stubbornly refuses to generate the registration code no matter how many times I try. This also happened a couple of weeks ago (see my earlier post) when I wanted to install the Aura app on a different tablet. That time, the code was generated the next day.
It’s all very hit and miss and very irritating.

And of course, Sod’s Law dictates that the registration code worked perfectly the next day!
