During playback the picture sometimes freezes for a few seconds although the sound continues. Then continues and can repeat for a few minutes. Have unplugged for at least 5 mins but sometimes solves the issue and sometimes not! Humax sent the usual speel about factory reset without recording loss which have tried but can only get so far. Press reset without loss of records then goes to next page to reset with loss of all data, so cannot just reset without loss of recordings. Unfortunately Humax Customer Support are pretty useless! Help!!
