I recently replaced the tablet I take away on holiday to use the Aura app for remote programme scheduling. The Aura app was copied over from the old tablet but requires re-initialising. This involves getting the Aura to generate a code to enter into the app. However, upon selecting the appropriate option in the Aura settings, nothing happens. The option ‘blinks’ when selected but no code appears. I’m hoping I don’t have to do yet another factory reset to fix this.
Does anyone have any answers to this, please?
Strange. This morning I tried getting the code again and it worked perfectly first time. No rhyme nor reason to the Aura’s behaviour is there?
