My humax aura box is dropping wifi connection every 30mins or so, done an app reboot, done a restart, checked other items connected to router all working fine, eero router tells me box is connected, yet I keep having to unplug box from mains in order to reconnect, this connection last for approximately 30mins
Any help appreciated
I connected mine with an ethernet cable as I found the wifi quite poor and the router is only about 10m from the box with one internal wall.
Is this a new problem? Any new equipment such as router?
Eero router is about 4m away from box, separated by a 50mm blockwork wall, all worked fine until about 4 weeks ago. Eero app says it is connected on wifi, and tv freeview says wifill signal is excellent
Eero router only has one ethernet socket and this is taken with phone connection
Connected box with ethernet cable from a tplink extender, as so far so good
