InactiveIs there any way to get the info of a program come up automatically when you hover over a tv program in the tv guide instead of having to press the I (info) button?
Humax Aura

InactiveHighly unlikely as that would make navigating the TV guide really annoying so would need to be turned on and off which would involve at least 1 press of a button which is already achieved by the “i” button. Anyway what is wrong with the existing method? do you have a faulty remote control “i” ?

InactiveOn the Manhattan it just shows the info as soon as you hover over the program. It used to be like this on the older Humax boxes, see images.

Manhattan top and Humax Aura bottom.
It looks to be the other way round to me: Aura first link and Manhattan second link. Is your Aura connected to the internet as some of the information for the guide (which is missing in your picture) is supplied over the internet; it can take a few seconds to appear, maybe longer with a slow internet connection.

InactiveSorry, yes Aura top link, I can leave it on a program in the guide, and it doesn’t change, it’s connected to the internet by ethernet cable and the Manhattan by wifi.

Can you stream content on the Aura (which would show that the internet connection is working)?

InactiveYes streaming works, I had forgot I didn’t setup google account for youtube but yes it works. Do you have the info come up without pressing the info button “I”?

The additional information I see when the program is highlighted in the guide is a series number and either an episode number or episode title. To get the description I have to press the “I” button.

Yes same here, I just thought it might be a setting that I missed but not to worry, thanks
