My old Aura would often start up in restart mode with the 4 coloured symbols rotating. After that several apps wouldn’t work until I pulled the power lead out and reset it again. I complained to Humax and they sent me a replacement unit that behaved in exactly the same way.
To avoid this I have now connected it to the mains socket via a smart plug (Meross) and set it to power off at 3am every day and power up again after 30 minutes. So far that has stopped the irritating reset issue on start up.
Hope this is of use to other members.
I have my Aura set up like that. I found it solved a number of issues I was having.

It was an issue that I had until I changed the device switch-on sequence used by my Logitech remote.
