Sorry I don’t know which group to post this in.
Can you plug a manhattan T3r and humax aura in at the same time like piggy backing.
I just got my new Aura and knowing it has the D3&4 problem I thought I could at least record the programs that the aura can’t until we get the update.

Yes just connect an aerial cable from the Aura RF out socket to the aerial in socket on the T3r.

You should note that if you daisy chain the boxes in this manner you may encounter some problems with signal pass though as both these boxes have different methods of handling pass through if the box is in standby mode. It relates to the power saving modes. I am aware that the Manhattan has issues with waking up to record a scheduled recording if a particular power mode is selected so the order of the boxes in the chain might be important.
If your quick test works you should also consider using a passive splitter adapter which should be ok if you have a good signal level. This will give independent connection to the aerial signal.

But if I use one press on, on both the Manhattan and humax they both work.
Now from your post I’m thinking if the manhattan comes out of stand by mode then it will come on the tv and not the aura?
Replies so far have omitted the crucial point of each box needing it own HDMI lead connection to the TV (or AV amp if you use one). That may mean you need to tell the TV which HDMI input it needs to be switched to.
Both HDMI leads 1 from the manhattan and 1 from the Humax are plugged in to the tv, I now do not have any spare HDMI slots left.
