Can any one help with pairing the Humax Aura remote to our JVC Fire TV please.

I have tried the 4 codes the set up process shows, the extra ones from the Humax Support Team and also the ones from this forum too but the TV does not respond by switching off.

We have moved from a BT/EE TV box which did control the TV sound but I can’t seem to get the Humax RC-01 remote to recognise the TV at all. I had set everything else up and it was working fine and I have reset the box and started again but the remote just refuses to accept any of the codes and control the TV.
