A recorded film lasting about 2 hours plays for about 20 minutes and then returns to the recordings list. This has happened in the past with other recordings but I cannot remember how we resolved it. Is there any option which will not wipe out our other recordings?

I have found that if you Convert (blue button at the bottom of the recording list) the recording, you can the sometimes get it to play using VLC. You will need to install the VLC app.
Many thanks. Having realised that we made this recording last April, we decided to cut our losses and just delete it as, so far, everything else seems to be running OK but I will keep this information for future use.
