InactiveOur Aura box has been OK for the last year but a few days ago it crashed and required a power cycle to get working again.
Since then it seems like it will only record 1 or 2 programs simultaneously.
I have tried a channel rescan and removed all scheduled recordings and then tried adding them back in but if I try recording more than 1 or 2 (seems to vary) it pops up with a conflict and which recording to cancel or record an alternative.
Any ideas what’s wrong or have 2 tuners failed?
Thanks for any help you can give.

You are probably trying to record 2 programmes from the same mux. If both HD programmes, trying changing one to SD channel recording.

InactiveIt shouldn’t be necessary. I’ve just recorded BBC1HD, BBC2HD, ITV1HD and C4HD at the same time. This uses only one tuner. I can utilise a second tuner to watch anything, but I cannot record another programme. I cannot get the third tuner to run, but it hasn’t failed
When there’s nothing else recording or scheduled I’d try recording, for example, bbc1hd, itv1sd and sky news (just goto 101 press record, then 3 press record and then 233 press record). Then look at F/settings/channels&broadcast/signal test and see if all three tuners are running.
If there are not three tuners running or you cannot complete the set of recordings there may be a tuner failure.

InactiveThanks for everyone’s suggestions. It seems to have sorted it’s self out now. I will record multiple programmes no problem.
Cheers
