My FVP5000T worked fine at my old house. It’s been in a box for a couple of months and now I’m setting it up in my new place. None of the Freeview Players come up – their icons are just greyed out. Just below them, the Humax apps are there and work as usual. The network is fine. The Freeview apps are there on my Sony TV and work fine so no connectivity issues. I’ve deleted the cookies and done a factory reset. Still no Freeview Players. The only thing I thought of is that because I have no TV signal here, I can’t tune any TV channels and this somehow defeats the players?

I called Humax customer support but they only suggested a factory reset (already done) and asked if it was under warranty – and since it isn’t, they said they couldn’t help.

Anyone here got any bright ideas? Thanks.
