i have had my Fox T2 since they first came out years ago. But one problem is starting to bug me.When i do a channel update all the programmes i have in the planner dissapeare and i have to put all my programmes back in the planner, which is a right pain, is this supposed to happen, Thank You for any help.

I assumed he meant recording schedule and maybe favourite list being lost when doing a channel scan.
