I have a problem on one of our T2100s. I had replaced the hdd due to a freezing picture/black screen problem, and it worked perfectly until I had to power it off from the wall socket. As soon as I powered it up again it just went round through the ‘Loading’ screen back to the BT screen loop. I tried replacing the hdd with another good one, and did the Maintenance mode operation to format the drive. However, this did not work either. I used all the options in Maintenance mode with no success. I have also tried the box using the psu from our other T2100 with the same result. I have run chkdsk on both drives with no faults found.

I have found other people have the same problem, but no one has managed to come up with a definite solution. It is as if the loading screen is waiting for something to happen before accessing the drive, but then times out and returns to the BT screen.
