My DTR T2000 needed to be re-tuned following a channels number change.

Following the re-tune the channel appears but does not actually play.

There is just a screenshot saying to connect to Freeview online.

All of the other channels that I previously used are working fine.

Presumably this is Al Jazeera Eng as that is the most recent channel number change.

Unfortunately it is more than just a channel change for that channel. It is also now a streaming channel instead of n=being received via your aerial. The DTR-2000T is not currently capable of displaying the streamed version and that situation is very unlikely to change.

(By the way, you have posted in the HDR-2000T section instead of the DTR-T2000 that your initial post referred to. The two recorders are different models. You may get some replies for the HDR-2000T instead of the DTR-T2000.) Admin edit: Moved to correct area.

Yes it is Al Jazeera Eng,it was 235 but was changed to 251.

Am I right in assuming from your reply that I will need to replace my my DTR-T2000 with another model?

If so do you have any recommendations?
