My 4000T has occasional power failures.

Afterwards I lose the scheduled future recordings, some previously deleted recordings reappear with a length of 0 minutes, and some other scheduled recordings reappear and can no longer be deleted. Also other changes to settings are lost (e.g setting of Power management reverts from on to off.

Any idea how this can be corrected? I have tried Turning Off and Power off with no success.
