Does anyone else get a weird issue when you switch the box on for the 1st time in morning it gets stuck on grey static screen and it does nothing till you unplug the box and switch it back on, and do Humax ever update there boxes my box is stuck on android 9 with security from 2021 but on there website it says you get 7 years
The product will receive software update support, including security updates, for 7 years from the date of initial supply as of November 1, 2020.
For Aura products, software updates will be supported until November 1, 2027.
Details regarding the extension of the update period or the termination of updates will be announced 6 months before the expiration of the software update support period.
