Hi my FVP 5000T has lost its network connection. no wifi and ethernet port no good either. I’ve tried all the usual. Powering down the box and router for 5mins and pwering back up router first. Factory reset. My other networked devises are fine.
I’ve come to the conclusion its the motherboard as I understand it has the networking facilities on board.
Anyone know where to get one?
Have you checked your network settings?
If you are using a cable connection make sure you turn off “Wi-Fi” in network settings.
If you want to use Wi-Fi, disconnect network cable, turn Wi-Fi on.
