Hi, cannot access bbc iplayer on aura box,

I’ve also got the same error but for all catchup channels
Is it occurring when iPlayer is accessed via the white freeview button, and also via the APPS button?
Yes and going back on the guide a couple of days to see a bbc programm
Just does not want to play, on the odd occasion it has worked, it crashes every two to three minutes
Clear app cache then reboot
Hi thanks for the suggestions, have tried app cache, short of a factory reset I do not know what else to try.
The box occasionally crashed and died a couple of times when viewing playback material from drive, and it also decides to have a reboot on startup as well, there cannot be that many updates surely.
