Hello, I’ve just acquired a FVP-5000T. I take my RF TV cable out of the TV (works fine) and plug it into the FVP and link it to the Tv via HDMI. Get the message “not receiving … or too weak”. Using the correct HDMI Input. Is my indoor aerial inadequate for the FVP? Do I have to use a full blown outside aerial? Thanks for any advice.

Was this a second hand box? If so have you retuned it with the Smart tune option disabled?

Thank you Martin. I was working from the Quick Set Up Guide and evidently needed to dig deeper. Retuned and now very happy with the outcome. Regards,
