My Humax is missing channel names for some strange reason. I’m guessing this isn’t anything to worry about?

Glad it’s working better. They do need resetting every so often. With regards channel names, do you mean channel logo icons? If so, this is normal, it should update from plain text to logos overnight. If something else, not sure. John L

Only just used my PVR and it’s doing the same as yours! It’s happened before and it’s something to do with Freesat server. Hopefully they will fix error overnight. John L
I rang up Freesat this morning & was told its nothing to do with them & said to ring Humax so I rang Humax & was told they know about the problem but did not know what was causing it but are talking to Freesat, to find a fix.
Anyway I just checked & its working!!
See how long it last for!

I think the fix is more likely to have come from Freesat.
My humax schedule is suddenly started to show blanks where channel names should be.
Is thus a general problem or just my box?

This is now fixed, if you still getting logos missing you might need to do a factory reset
