InactiveI have just purchased an aura, having had previous models over the years. It states in the blurb that you can rewind live TV and all previous models have done this, but you can’t. I left the Aura on a channel, put tv on standby, hour half later wake tv attempt to rewind but it doesn’t. Really disappointed, this is something I have always done.
Also it says you can scan back 7 days and watch stuff, again you can’t

Did turning off the TV put the Aura into standby (shown by the colour of the front LED changing colour)?

You should be able to providing the box is connected to the Internet. What happens when you try to enter the backwards EPG?

InactiveThe aura wasn’t in standby, just the tv. The epg is blank.
Thanks

Do the player apps (eg iPlayer) work?

What settings do you want to get into? The way I use is to press the red F button and then move the cursor along to the gearwheel icon to the right of “Recordings”. When you say the backwards EPG is blank, how long are you leaving it to populate? Depending on the speed of your broadband it can take several seconds to start to populate.

InactiveThe backwards EPG is very slow to load so appears to be blank if you do not wait ( can be minutes rather than seconds) , as for “you can scan back 7 days and watch stuff ” What are you expecting? I hope it was not to be able to view anything on any channel that was broadcast in the last 7 days. The only things available to watch will be on channels that provide an internet based catch up service.
