I’ve got a HB1000S in my Motorhome and I’m in France, not been using it because I’ve been to far east for the satellite but I’m now getting within reach of Astra 2.8 foot print but when I try the HP1000s won’t drive satellite dish and it’s not showing any epg. Is this because I’m still to far east.

I had my satellite dish updated in June’23 and it’s worked fine since.
