Hello,
I’ve been searching for a solution to a problem I’ve encountered with my new Aura. I’ve got the Humax remote working to control the Aura and after sometime found the setting to allow the Humax remote to control the TV volume.
I have also paired my Samsung BN59-01357B remote. This then works fine but the range is limited to about 6-8 feet. With our room setup this make it useless as we sit further away from the TV/Aura.
Have others encountered this or similar limited range issues and found a solution?
The answer is to use the Humax remote control for the aura, this has an excellent range, particularly in Bluetooth mode.
Thanks for your reply Brian. I should have added that we prefer to have two remotes, one for each of us.
The Samsung one hasn’t had any problem when used directly with the TV or our outgoings SkyQ box hence asking the question.
