I have just purchased a Humax aura, it all set up and

working fine except for the mobile app that I have

downloaded to my iphone. I get the six-figure code generated

from the box when I input on the phone I get the message

invalid registration code please try again This I have done

many times also tried other phones and ipads.

What is the problem. Thanks.
