    Hi newbie here.

    My Humax HB1000S on demand has no ITVX or C4 app option. I think the ITVX one isn’t available but I’ve found nothing to suggest the C4 app is not. Any advice ?? I’ve got the Humax account set up on my phone but can’t find a way of changing it, also have the Freesat App on my phone and can see both ITVX and C4 on my phone but can’t do anything to change the set top box.

    Any advice gratefully received !!

    Hi Roadiesean,

    Welcome to the forum. Both channel 4 and itv x are not on the Humax hb1000s or indeed the hdr1000s/1100 models. Channel 4 app was removed many years ago due to agreement with Freesat with ch4, although ch4 returned, but no longer with app. itv hub has also been removed and the itv X is not compatible, hence removed. Not many apps left on the Humax! If you check, you will also notice you can’t go back 7 days on EPG on any of their channel setup. Best bet, use either a fire stick or apps on smart TV. You won’t be able to override box. John L
