InactiveI bought 2TB Aura 2 months ago. I quite like it, it does everything I need it to but I have one problem.
Catch up services like IPlayer, channel 4, my5 have a jumpy picture. Streaming services are fine,
I have been through problem determination:
I have super fast broadband with 150mb speed.
I have tried Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi. My router is next to the box.
I have changed the HDMI cable and the port on the tv.
Catch up services work without problem on Amazon fire stick.
I contacted Humax and told them of the problem and they replaced the box.
It is still happening. Does anyone have any idea why this might happen as I’m stumped.

InactiveThe box hasn’t had an update for 2 years. Could be part of the problem.
I gave up using the apps as they kept pausing/crashing. I am using an nVidia Shield Pro now.

InactiveNo problem with BBC iPlayer here which is usually the only catch up service I use on a fairly regular basis.

InactiveMy tv is Samsung UE40H6400 bought in 2016. I wonder if it is just that the aura pushes the catch up streams in some way that the tv doesn’t like. Strange that the streaming apps like Apple TV, Disney and paramount have no problem.
I realise the aura apps haven’t been updated for a while but I’m still confused/bemused.

We purchased our Samsung UE556530 55″ LED 3D TV back in 2011, so is pretty ancient in modern tech terms, but we do not have any issues you state.
When we find a new TV that gives us the stunning picture we have now, then we may change, but so far nothing can beat it for our viewing needs
