Which transmitter do you receive from? If you don’t know which town are you in?

Stevenage….I think I’m on Cambridge, rather than London.

By Cambridge Transmitter, do you mean Sandy Heath? When were you last able to access ITV2/3/4 ? This link https://www.freeview.co.uk/corporate/platform-management/planned-engineering-works suggests that there may be engineering work going on at Sandy Heath which might explain your problem.

It was fine yesterday. I can access the channels on my Freeview TV, it’s just when I go through the Humax that I get the scrambled message. Made me think there was something going on with them and itvX?

(I had checked the transmitter site and it said no problems)

Had you retuned for some reason?

If not, don’t do it now.

I hadn’t. I only noticed when something I had a recording set up for, didn’t!

Unfortunately I opened your message just after I decided to to a retune!

Going through channels, the following coming up as scrambled or not available:

    3,4,5,6,10,13,14,15,18,26,28,30,35,

    100,203,206,261,262,

I gave up at that point!

Very sorry to Martin and A1944, I finally decided to do the good old IT Crowd’s “have you tried turning it off and on”! That brought them all back!

Very sorry to have wasted your time and many thanks for trying to help!

Not to worry. Just glad you are sorted. :-)
