We have an intermittent fault with the unit, sometimes the record/replay can be accessed using the remote and sometimes it cannot.
I have taken it back to factory settings but this did not correct the problem.
Rebooting the unit sometimes corrects the problem and sometimes it has to be rebooted several times to get it working properly. When it works, it is fine.
Any ideas apart from buying a new one?
Sounds like the hard drive is begining to fail.
If you are able remove hard drive, hook up to a PC using a caddy and use
a disk recovery tool to check for faults.
