I have just bought a replacement RM-C01 remote for the Aura. I can’t get it set up to control the tv volume. When I go to Settings/Freeview Play Preference the option “Volume Control” is greyed out and can’t be chosen. Anyone know how to make the option available?
Have you ‘paired’ the Remote and TV under TV Pairing.
And have you paired the remote for Bluetooth.
Settings> Remotes and accessories> RM C01> Pair/ Unpair
I hadn’t paired for Bluetooth, but doing so has solved the problem.
