I’m looking to replace my Humax PVR-9300T for a HDR-FOX-T2.
A lot of them get sold without a remote, so I was wondering would the remote from my 9300T perform any functions on the T2, just to initially test the machine before buying a new remote.
I have been helpfully informed on another post of mine that the 9300T remote wont turn on the T2. But that might not necessarily mean the other functions wont work. Has anyone tried?
No, the PVR-93000T will not work any of the functions of the HDR-FOX T2.
It has been many years but I’ve used both remotes in the same room without any unintended clashing of the remotes.
A BT/Humax/Sagemcom youview remote will work enough of the functions for testing. Also the remotes for HDR-2000T, HDR-1800T, FVP-4000T/5000Tand Humax freesat remotes will work enough of the functions as well. (If it’s a Humax Foxsat remote you may initially find it difficult to spot what is missing!)
