I’ve had my Aura since it came out and have had no issues until now. For the last week, when watching a recording, the sound drops out. It’s only for a couple of seconds, and it’s on old and new recordings. Live TV is unaffected. I have googled this problem but can’t find any help. Anyone else having or had this issue?

I had sound breaking up and did a Freeview reset , the one that keeps your recordings , and sound came back to normal.Save your preferences first to reload them after.

How do I do a Freeview reset?
Press Freeview button> Settings> Freeview Play Preferences then scroll down quite a long way to find the Freeview Reset. Just above the Freeview Reset are the options to save and restore Freeview preferences.
